When I first got the pregnancy test results back, I was not in disbelief, but I was hit with a rush of excitement. If it was a boy or girl, I already had their nursery theme ideas on a list. I decided to go with an outer space theme for our first baby, which is a boy! Here are the necessities every nursery needs (not requirements, but things I definitely wanted and will need)!

- Safety Items like Corner Covers or Plug-In Covers

- Height Chart
- Blankets
- Wall Art (unreachable from the crib)
- Wall Decal Stickers
- Cute Chains for Ceiling Light/Fan
- Light Switch Cover
- Wallpaper/Boarder
Keep In Mind
Just remember, a nursery is temporary. One day, they’ll grow up into a toddler who starts to show their own interests, so the room decor may change. The decor changes as they grow older. Keep that in mind when painting, or applying wallpaper, or when making crazy changes to the room.
